This season we will be enticed by more
choices than we've ever had! There's an all new model, the
LOGO 14, as well as a varient of the LOGO 10, the LOGO 10
Carbon. The LOGO 14 is a sleek beauty with a few
innovations, like a shroud for the main gears and a canopy
which wraps completely around the top half of the heli.
(just getting photos up for now - more specs to
come)
The LOGO 14 is a completely new single-pack helicopter
designed for 550 mm to 570 mm rotor blades. It has an
extremely rigid carbon fiber main frame, removable servo
mounts and a carbon battery brace for proper support of the
battery pack. Due to the included driven tail, pilots will
have full control of the LOGO 14 even with the motor turned
off. This permits for impressive inverted and backwards
autorotation maneuvers. A particularly innovative feature is
the main gear box, which fully encloses both main gears to
protect them from dirt and to reduce noise. The canopy of
the LOGO 14 is another highlight: It wraps completely around
the top half of the chassis, which not only makes for a
streamlined look, but also guarantees maximum flight
velocity. An opening on either side of the canopy aids in
the direct cooling of the motor and speed controller during
flight. The LOGO 10 introduced in 2002 has quickly become a best
seller. Mikado is now issuing a Carbon version of this
helicopter, the LOGO 10 Carbon, featuring a super-light and
unbelievably rigid mainframe made from carbon, as well as
many upgrade parts. Using the new lithium polymer battery
technology, practiced pilots will reach new horizons flying
this helicopter. The performance of the LOGO 10 Carbon at
rotor head speeds between 1,600 and 2,000 rpm could
previously hardly be imagined for a helicopter of its size.
The LOGO 10 Carbon is yet another Mikado heli with limitless
3D-capability!
